CONSULTACNY: TERMS OF REFERENCE – RECRUITMENT OF CONSULTATANT FOR YOUTH PROGRAMMES COORDINATION MECHANISM

BACKGROUND
The Youth Action Movement (YAM) is the youth wing of IPPF Member Associations (MAs) in Africa. Constituting young volunteers within the ages of 10-24, the Movement which begins at the grassroot level is mandated to advocate for and act on behalf of young people’s Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights and other challenges that the youth face. YAM is organised from the grassroot level to the national level.
