Goal 2: HIV/AIDS
Reduction in the incidence of HIV/AIDS and protection of the rights of people infected and affected by HIV/AIDS.
Strategic Objectives:
To increase access to interventions for the prevention of HIV/AIDS/STIs through integrated gender-sensitive programmes.
To increase access to care, support and treatment for infected people and support for those affected by HIV/AIDS.
To reduce social, religious, cultural, economic, legal and political barriers that make people vulnerable to HIV/AIDS.
Goal 3: ABORTION
Reduction in the incidence of unsafe abortion.

Goal 4: ACCESS
Improvement in the ability of men and women, especially youth, the poor and marginalized to exercise their rights to access SRH information and high quality services including family planning.

To reduce socio-economic, cultural, religious, political and legal barriers to accessing SRH information, education and services.
To improve access to SRH information, sexuality education and quality services using a rights-based approach.
To increase male commitment to SRH.
To increase services to marginalized groups.
Goal 5: ADVOCACY
Support for Adolescent Sexual and Reproductive Health (ASRH) at the national level.

To increase support for ASRH and Right issues, policies and programmes among policy makers, opinion leaders and other stakeholders at all levels.
